If you are like me, breakfast is a synonym of food orgy 😉
I used to eat half a baguette (ok… or a whole of it) with salted butter and Nutella (oh yeah!) for breakfast every morning. Delicious and fulfilling… until 10.00 am. Then I was starving until lunch time ☹
Eat between meals? Not for me. So I needed to drastically change my breakfast. And I have found THE solution!!! Here is what is needed for a healthy cereal-based breakfast, and you can include/exclude/adjust the ratios as you like (depending on your preferences AND what you have available in the cupboard!):
- 3 spoons of oat, either in flakes or brans;
- 1 spoon of sunflower seeds;
- 1 spoon of almonds;
- 1 spoon of chia seeds;
- Some fresh (passion fruit, banana, apple, berries…) or dried fruits (figs, apricots…);
- Milk, which ever you like: cow, soya, almond, coconut, rice…
It is delicious, healthy and keeps you full until lunch time! It is a breakfast revolution!!!
